13.m AUTHORIZE AN AMENDMENT TO INCREASE THE CITY’S CONTRACT 381\nWITH FG CREATIVE FOR EL PASEO PARKING & BUSINESS\nIMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (EPPBID) MARKETING SERVICES BY\n$50,000, FOR A TOTAL OF $325,000 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize Amendment No. 5 to El Paseo Parking and Business\nImprovement District (EPPBID) Contract No. C43370 with FG\nCreative to increase compensation by $50,000, for a total contract\namount not to exceed $325,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
