8.\nMaintenance Of Traffic Signals and Appurtenance, Interconnect, Battery Back-Up\nSystems, Illuminated Street Name Signs, Safety Lights, CCTV Cameras, Speed\nFeedback Signs and Illuminated Crosswalk Services – Second & Third Contract\nAmendments\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Contract Amendment #2 with Bear Electrical Solutions,\nInc. to increase the current purchase order for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount of\n$66,000 and (2) Approve Contract Amendment #3 with Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. for\nFiscal Year 2025-2026 to modify certain terms of the contract contingent upon approval of\nthe Fiscal Year 2025-2027 budget and (3) authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Bear\nElectrical Solutions, Inc. for the period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount\nnot to exceed $500,000.
