13.g APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT NO. C46710 WITH 103\nPARK CONSULTING GROUP, INC. FOR CONSUTLING AND PROJECT\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLARITI\nLAND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C46710 with Park\nConsulting Group, Inc. of Irvine, California, for Consulting and\nProject Management Services for the Implementation of Clariti\nLand Management System to increase compensation in an\namount not to exceed $299,880.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and any\nother documents necessary to effectuate this action.
