13.j AUTHORIZE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. C46680 WITH 225\nINTERWEST CONSULTING GROUP, INC., EXTENDING THE\nCONTRACT TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025, WITH OPTION\nFOR ONE ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXTENSION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize an amendment to Contract No. C46680 with Interwest\nConsulting Group, Inc., extending the contract term through\nDecember 31, 2025, and allowing for one additional one-year\nautomatic extension, if necessary.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the\namendment and to review and approve all documents necessary\nto effectuate this agreement pursuant to Section 3.30.170 of the\nPalm Desert Municipal Code.
