13.n AWARD CONTRACT NO. C44200D TO AMERICAN LANDSCAPE, INC., 431\nOF CANOGA PARK, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE MOUNTAIN VIEW GOLF\nCOURSE TURF REDUCTION PROJECT (PROJECT NO. MLS00005)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award Contract No. C44200D to American Landscape, Inc., of\nCanoga Park, California, for the Mountain View Golf Course Turf\nReduction Project at Desert Willow Golf Resort (DWGR) in the\namount of $1,766,084.80.\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to set aside 10% contingency in\nthe amount of $176,600 for unforeseen circumstances.\n3. Appropriate $1,942,685 from the unobligated Golf Course Capital\nFund Balance to Account No. 4414195-4809200, DWGR Capital.\n4. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n5. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, approve\nwritten contract change order requests up to the contingency\namount, and any documents necessary to effectuate the actions\ntaken herewith.\n6. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion\n(NOC) and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOC upon\nsatisfactory completion of the project.
