5.6 FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH RKA CONSULTING GROUP TO PROVIDE BUILDING AND\nSAFETY SERVICES.\nRecommended Action:\nA. Approve, and authorize the Mayor to sign, the Fifth Amendment to\nthe Consultant Services Agreement with RKA Consulting Group by\neliminating the position of Permit Technician from the list of\npersonnel that the Consultant shall provide, along with a\ncorresponding reduction in compensation; and\nB. Authorize one (1) additional Permit Technician on the list of full-time\nbenefited City Personnel for FY 22/23.\nRequested by: Community Development Department
