13.\nCONTRACT WITH GILLIG CORPORATION FOR THE MANUFACTURING\nAND DELIVERY OF TWO CNG BUSES - City Council consider awarding a contract\nto Gillig Corporation for the manufacturing and delivery of two 29-foot Compressed\nNatural Gas buses.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a contract to Gillig Corporation for the purchase of two 29-foot Compressed\nNatural Gas buses, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,850,357.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, and modify the award in the event of issues of impossibility of\nperformance arise, subject to City Attorney approval.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
