Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING\nTRACT MAP NO. 84292 FOR A NEW SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF 39 RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM\nUNITS ON A SINGLE LOT, GLENDORA, CALIFORNIA";\n— 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Indemnity and Subdivision Improvement Agreements; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Engineer and City Clerk to sign Final Tract Map No. 84292.
