A Public Hearing to Consider a Resolution to Levy and Collect Assessment from Glendora Village\nBusiness Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2025-26\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\nConduct a Public Hearing for the proposed levy and collection of assessments from the Glendora Village\nBusiness Improvement District, and in the absence of majority protest; and\n— 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nGLENDORA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS FROM THE\nGLENDORA VILLAGE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26" as permitted\nby the Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 (California Streets and Highway Code Section\n36500 et seq.)
