3.3 PURCHASE OF CITY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT - It is recommended City Council\nappropriate $320,000 in General Funds and $140,000 in Water Funds for the purchase of city\nvehicles and equipment; and authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of vehicles in\nAttachment A after gathering a minimum of three (3) informal bids or “piggy backing” on\ngovernmental pricing that was already obtained through a competitive bidding process.
