14.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3798 WITH UNIVERSAL PROTECTION SERVICE,\nL.P. (DBA ALLIED UNIVERSAL SECURITY SERVICES) FOR THE PROVISION OF JAIL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nPage 5 of 9\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3798 with Allied Universal Security\nServices for a two-year term extension to provide Jail Services through June 30, 2027; and,\n2. Increase the not-to-exceed amount of the agreement to $528,500 for Fiscal Year 2025-26 and $554,900\nfor Fiscal Year 2026-27; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment; and,\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
