17.\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26 CONFIRMATION OF ANNUAL TAX RATE FOR VOTER APPROVED INDEBTEDNESS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review and adopt the attached resolution establishing property tax override rates on voter approved\nindebtedness for retirement expenditures for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and,\n2. Direct staff to forward the resolution to the Los Angeles County Auditor Controller within the required time\nlimit; and,\n3. Direct staff to take whatever additional actions necessary to ensure collection of the property tax override;\nand,\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
