12.\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR THE\nRAIN BARREL GIVEAWAY PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Expense Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Montebello and the Central Basin\nMunicipal Water District (CBMWD) for reimbursement of up to $30,000 to support the Rain Barrel\nGiveaway Program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any related documents or amendments,\nsubject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
