20.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-37 GRANTING AN EASEMENT ON CITY-OWNED LAND, 1600 W. BEVERLY\nBOULEVARD, TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE) COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL UTILITY\nPURPOSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF CHARGING STATIONS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-37 (Attachment A) granting an easement on City-owned land, 1600 W. Beverly\nBoulevard, to Southern California Edison (SCE) Company for electrical utility purposes associated with\nthe installation of charging stations; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Grant of the easement to Southern California Edison Company\non behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
