14.1\nConsideration and Approval of a Second Amendment to Extend the Contract Services\nAgreement with North Star Land Care for One (1) Year to Provide Tree Maintenance\nServices and Increase the Contract Amount from $275,000 Per Year to $350,000 Per\nYear.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BU SINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a second amendment to extend the Contract Services Agreement\nwith North Star Land Care for one (1) year to provide tree maintenance services with the\nability to extend the Agreement for an additional one (1) year term;\n2. Increase Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget by $75,000, from $275,000 to $350,000 for\nadditional tree risk assessments and a Consumer Price Index adjustment; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Contract Services\nAgreement with North Star Land Care.\nTotal Cost: $350,000\nIs the cost of this item budgeted? Yes
