28.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4326 WITH THE CENTER FOR TRANSPORTATION AND THE\nENVIRONMENT, INC., TO CONDUCT BUS BUILD INSPECTIONS FOR THREE HYDROGEN FUEL CELL\nELECTRIC BUSES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Agreement No. 4326 with the Center for Transportation and the Environment, Inc. (CTE), for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000), to conduct bus build inspections\nfor three (3) hydrogen fuel cell electric buses (FCEBs) associated with the City of Montebello’s ZeroEmission (ZE) Bus Facilities and Fleet Transition Plan; and\nPage 8 of 9\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to approve change orders up to ten percent (10%) of the\ntotal not-to-exceed amount; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4326 on the City’s behalf; and\n4. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
