13.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4296 WITH LEXIPOL LLC FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT POLICY PLATFORM\nACCESS AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Agreement No. 4296 (Attachment B) with Lexipol LLC for the implementation of a Local\nGovernment Policy Platform, including full policy review and integration services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to executive Agreement No. 4296; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
