10.\nApprove Master Agreement MA# 106-498528 with Vacate Termite & Pest Elimination Company,\nInc., in an annual amount of $350,000 plus a 20% contingency, for citywide pest control\nmanagement services, commencing June 10, 2025 for a one year term, with four one-year\noptional renewals, for a total cumulative amount not to exceed $1,750,000; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the agreement, in\naccordance with Regional Cooperative Agreement Contract No. 017-25010023 between the\nCounty of Orange and Vacate Termite & Pest Elimination Company, Inc.
