15.\nApprove a Right of Entry and License Agreement (ACES Interim Housing Project), in substantial\nform, with Mariposa Women and Family Center, in the annual license amount of $1.00 plus site\npreparation costs, for the operation of the former Crown Motel located at 1136 North La Palma\nPark Way as interim housing for a one year term with two one-year optional renewals; authorize\nthe City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the agreement; and authorize de\nminimis changed that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreement, as\ndetermined by the City Attorney’s Office.
