23.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3869 WITH PMC PLUMBING INC.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3869 between the City of Montebello and PMC Plumbing\nInc. for a One (1) Year Extension; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
