26.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3944 WITH AXON\nENTERPRISES INC. FOR BODY WORN CAMERAS (BWC) AND MOBILE AUDIO VIDEO (MAV)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3944 with Axon Enterprises Inc. for\nBody Worn Cameras (BWC), Mobile Audio Video (MAV) Equipment and Supporting Software; and\n2. Extend the current agreement with Axon by one year as allowed by the original agreement terms through\n3. Increase the annual not-to-exceed amount of Agreement No. 3944 by $50,000 (to $195,951 each year);\nand\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
