18.\nAPPROVE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 2207 AND REINSTATEMENT OF THE\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH PLAINS EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION\nCOMPANY\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Sixth Amendment to and Reinstatement of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with\nPlains Exploration and Production (“PXP”) (Agreement No. 2207); and\nPage 6 of 9\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU between the City of Montebello and Plains Exploration\nand Production (“PXP”) and any related documents; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
