24.\nAPPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4268 WITH REDFLEX TRAFFIC SYSTEMS, INC.\nDBA “VERRA MOBILITY SYSTEMS”\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4268 with Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. DBA “Verra\nMobility Systems” for provision of services related to the City's Red Light Photo Enforcement Program;\nand\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
