25.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4324 WITH SAN GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS\n(SGVCOG) FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD COYOTE PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4324 with San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments (SGVCOG) for the Neighborhood Coyote Program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of\nthe City of Montebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
