11.\nAward the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Ramona, Inc., in the amount of $716,625, for\nthe Citywide Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project on Brookhurst Street North of Lincoln Avenue\nProject; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the contract and related documents\nand to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the contract; determine that the\nProject is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Class\n2, Section 15302 (c) (Replacement or Reconstruction) of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations; and authorize the Finance Director to execute the Escrow Agreement pertaining to\ncontract retentions.
