9.\nWaive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and approve Contract MA# 106-498520\nwith Western Extrication Specialists, Inc., in a total cumulative amount not to exceed $500,000\ninclusive of applicable taxes and fees (projected cost for initial year is $100,000), for the\npurchase, repair, and maintenance of firefighting equipment for the Anaheim Fire and Rescue\nDepartment for a one year term with four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent to execute all documents related to contract.
