Reject all proposals and direct staff to reissue the Request for Proposals (RFP)\nvia PlanetBids to solicit additional competitive bids in accordance with the City’s\nprocurement policy.\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\n2.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF\nAPPLICATIONS SUBMITTED BY LOCAL\nFIREWORKS\nSALES\nPERMIT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Fireworks Sales Permit Applications submitted by local non-profit\norganizations in the City of Huntington Park; and\n2. Authorize the Community Development Department to process the applications\nand conduct the final inspections of the stands.
