10) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH\nPLANSMAN INC. FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN TRASH ENCLOSURE PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Contract to Plansman Inc. (Contract No. 2365) in an amount\nnot to exceed $60,000, for design services for the Downtown Trash Enclosure Project; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non- substantive changes and execute\nthe contract and all related documents.
