11J. CONTRACT AWARD - REHABILITATION OF TWO (2) 6” A.C.P. DOMESTIC\nWATER LINES AS PART OF EL LEVANTE PRESSURE REDUCING STATION\nREHABILITATION, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT\nFROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No 25-80, which will:\n1. Find the Rehabilitation of 6” A.C.P. Domestic Water Lines, CIP Project\nNo. 15409, categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of\nthe State CEQA Guidelines.\n2. Award the Rehabilitation of 6” A.C.P. Domestic Water Lines construction\ncontract to ADV Reline, Inc.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2529, by and between the City of San Clemente and ADV Reline, Inc.,\nproviding for the Rehabilitation of 6” A.C.P. Domestic Water Lines, in an\namount not to exceed $74,596, in a form substantially similar to Contract\nNo. 25-29 (Attachment 1).\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to approve total project overages\nnot to exceed 10 percent of the construction costs.
