Additionally, the City must identify any changes to policies,\nprocedures or recruitment activities that impact the City’s efforts to reduce\nits vacancies.\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Open the Public Hearing for the status report on City of San Clemente\nposition vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts in compliance\nwith Assembly Bill 2561/Government Code Section 3502.3\n2. Close the public hearing and receive and file the Administrative Report,\ndated June 6, 2025 and on file with the City Clerk, as an information item.
