1.\nADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATED SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN AND AUTHORIZE THE LEGALLY\nRESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL TO CERTIFY AND SUBMIT TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE\nWATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD (Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the Sewer System Management Plan is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to California Code\nof Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 5, Section 15061(b)(3), and California\nCode of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 19, Class 1, Section 15301, Existing Facilities;\n(2)\nAdopt a resolution approving the updated Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP); and\n(3)\nAuthorize the Legally Responsible Official (LRO) to certify and submit the updated SSMP to the California State Water Resources Control\nBoard (SWRCB), and adopt any legally necessary interim updates as may be\nrequired by the SWRCB.
