7.\nADOPT A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF 2024 ANNUAL REPORT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH SENATE BILL 1205\nFOR STATE-MANDATED FIRE INSPECTIONS (Fire Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the proposed action in the agenda report is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant\nto State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the “Common Sense” exemption;\nand\n(2)\nAdopt a Resolution acknowledging receipt of the Pasadena Fire Department’s report on its level of compliance with state-mandated annual\nfire inspections as required by Senate Bill 1205 and California Health and Safety\nCode Section 13146.4.
