3.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK AND HUB CITIES CONSORTIUM (HCC) FOR\nUNFUNDED ACCRUED LIABILITY (UAL) PAYMENTS\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Loan Agreement between the City of Huntington Park and the Hub\nCities Consortium, in substantially the form provided; and\n2.
