Adopt Resolution No. 25-81 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nAN AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION\nAUTHORITY AND SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COASTAL FRONTIERS FOR THE\nOFFSHORE BORROW SITE INVESTIGATION.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-30,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County\nTransportation Authority, providing for additional funding for the offshore\nsand source investigation, in the amount of $180,000 in a form substantially\nsimilar to Contract No. C25-30(Attachment 1).\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C24-61, by and between the City of San Clemente and Coastal\nFrontiers, providing for additional funding for the offshore sand source\ninvestigation to allow for additional sand site exploration studies for the\nCoastal Rail Stabilization Priority Project, the total compensation shall not\nexceed $976,266.
