There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund with these recommended actions.\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. R-2025-22, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Placentia,\nCalifornia, setting the levy of an annual special tax for Community Facilities District No. 2018-01\n(TOD Maintenance Services) for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n2. Authorize inclusion of the Annual Special Tax for Community Facilities District No. 2018-01\n(TOD Maintenance Services) for Fiscal Year 2025-26 on the Orange County Secured Property\nTax Roll.
