There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund with these recommended actions.\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. R-2025-21, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Placentia,\nCalifornia, Setting the Levy of an Annual Special Tax for Community Facilities District No. 202401 (Old Town Maintenance Services) for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n2. Authorize inclusion of the Annual Special Tax for Community Facilities District No. 2024-01 (Old\nTown Maintenance Services) for Fiscal Year 2025-26 on the Orange County Secured Property\nTax Roll.
