4.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\n(MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK AND THE HUNTINGTON\nPARK POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (HPPMA)\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nHuntington Park and the Huntington Park Police Management Association\n(HPPMA) for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029 in substantially the\nform provided; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize the MOU language to implement mutually\nagreed-upon modifications and execute the agreement once finalized.
