Adopt Resolution No. 25-83 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE CONCERNING THE\nSTATUS AND UPDATE OF THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT, AND\nMITIGATION FEE PROGRAM FOR THE MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM.\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 25-84 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE CONCERNING THE\nSTATUS AND UPDATE OF THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR\nTHE MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM.\n4. Authorize and direct the Public Works Director/City Engineer to submit\nMeasure M2 funding eligibility requirements on behalf of the City of San\nClemente to the Orange County Transportation Authority and take all\nactions necessary and proper to obtain Measure M2 funding for Fiscal\nYear 2025-2026.
