Approve the purchase of Dell computers, monitors, and accessories as specified in Dell Quote\nNo. 3000189678377.2 for the Public Safety Building; and\n2. Approve a 5% contingency in the amount of $5,378.11 to cover any unforeseen costs related to\nthe procurement, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $112,940.40; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute all necessary documents,\nsubject to City Attorney approval.
