4.\nADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TWO NEW CLASSIFICATIONS AND UPDATING THE SALARIES OF TWENTY-FOUR EXISTING\nCLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY PMA, IBEW, AFSCME, IUOE, AND\nNON-REPRESENTED MANAGEMENT (Human Resources Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA\nguidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2)\nAdopt a Resolution establishing two new classifications and updating the salaries of twenty-four existing classifications represented by PMA,\nIBEW, AFSCME, and IUOE, and Non-Represented Management.
