11H.\nNOTICE OF COMPLETION - REPLACEMENT OF\nSUBSTRATE SURFACING AT SAN GORGONIO PARK\nPLAYGROUND\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-78, which will:\n1. Accept the replacement of the playground surfacing at San Gorgonio Park,\nPN 11148, from the contractor, Robertson Industries, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion for\nthe playground surfacing replacement at San Gorgonio Park.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nRobertson Industries, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
