Award a Public Works Agreement to Judge Netting Inc. for the purchase and replacement of the\nsafety netting and equipment at Torii Hunter Field within Kraemer Park in the amount of\n$40,700; and\n2. Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract change orders up to a total of $4,070 or a\nnot-to-exceed total contract amount of $44,770; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute all necessary documents, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.
