Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the\nmayor to execute the document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize City\nClerk to submit Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of\nthe County Recorder of Orange County within fifteen days of the City\nCouncil approval, as required by Section 9204 of the California Civil\nCode. 4.
