Find that Williamson Development\nGroup, Inc., has completed construction of Pittsford Park Shade\nStructure (PW 2023-09). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and\nauthorize the Mayor to execute the document on behalf of the City. 3.\nAuthorize the City Clerk to submit Notice of Completion for recordation\nto the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County within fifteen\ndays of the City Council approval, as required by Section 9204 of the\nCalifornia Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to release any unencumbered\nretention in accordance with California law.
