Find that the proposed amendments to the Moreno Valley Municipal Code are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with Section\n15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines;\n2. Introduce Ordinance No. [next in order] at the conclusion of the Public Hearing and\nadopt the same at a subsequent City Council meeting revising Title 3 (Revenue and\nFinance), specifically Chapter 3.38 (Residential Development Impact Fees);\n3. Introduce Ordinance No. [next in order] at the conclusion of the Public Hearing and\nadopt the same at a subsequent City Council meeting revising Title 8 (Building And\nConstruction), specifically Chapter 8.42 (Electric vehicle charging station review\nprocess);\n4.
