6.\nApproval of Maintenance Services Agreement Amendments for Various\nMaintenance Services in Support of Public Works Department Functions\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendments to the subject Maintenance Services Agreements, to\nexercise an optional one-year term extension;\n2. Approve the increase in the total annual not-to-exceed contract amounts for\nFiscal Year 2025-26 by $30,000 on the Maintenance Services Agreements\nwith Jamey Clark, Inc. and Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc. to\naccommodate additional maintenance needs at City-owned parks and\nplaygrounds; and, with Jamey Clark, Inc. and Zimprich Engineering, Inc. to\naccommodate additional maintenance needs at City-owned buildings and\nfacilities,\n3. Approve the increase in the total annual not-to-exceed contract amount for\nFiscal Year 2025-26 by $50,000 on the Maintenance Services Agreement\nwith Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. to accommodate additional maintenance\nneeds of City-owned electrical traffic infrastructure;\n4. Approve the three percent (3%) increase in rates, and the increase in the\ntotal annual not-to-exceed contract amount by $30,000 on the Maintenance\nServices Agreement with BPR, Inc. to accommodate additional\nmaintenance needs of City-owned concrete curbs, sidewalks and drainage\nfacilities;\n5. Approve the addition of a price escalation clause applicable to the remaining\nfuture option year extension in the Amendment to the Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Bapptre Landscaping, Inc. dba Shine Illumination; and,\n6. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendments to the Maintenance\nServices Agreements, subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive\nCity Council Regular Meeting Agenda\nPage 3 of 7\nJune 3, 2025\nchanges.
