Approve Amendments to the subject Maintenance Services Agreements, to\nexercise an optional one-year term extension;\n2. Approve the increase in the total annual not-to-exceed contract amounts for\nFiscal Year 2025-26 by $30,000 on the Maintenance Services Agreements\nwith Jamey Clark, Inc. and Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc. to\naccommodate additional maintenance needs at City-owned parks and\nplaygrounds; and, with Jamey Clark, Inc. and Zimprich Engineering, Inc. to\naccommodate additional maintenance needs at City-owned buildings and\nfacilities,\n3. Approve the increase in the total annual not-to-exceed contract amount for\nFiscal Year 2025-26 by $50,000 on the Maintenance Services Agreement\nwith Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. to accommodate additional maintenance\nneeds of City-owned electrical traffic infrastructure;\n4.
