I.15\n\nAUTHORIZATION TO AMEND CONTRACT FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL\n(REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorization to Approve an Amendment to the Agreement By and Between the City\nof Moreno Valley and United Rentals (North America), Inc. for Heavy Equipment\nRentals and Use Across Multiple Departments\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve an Amendment to the Agreement By and Between the City of Moreno\nValley and United Rentals (North America), Inc. for heavy equipment rentals; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the Agreement By and\nBetween the City of Moreno Valley and United Rentals (North America), Inc. in the\namount of $350,000, subject to approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent amendments to the\nagreement by and between the City of Moreno Valley and United Rentals (North\nAmerica), Inc., up to the annual budget as previously approved by the City Council,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney.
