7.\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 12 – PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES – EXTENDING TERM TO\nJUNE 30, 2026 AND AMENDING LANGUAGE\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 12, extending the term of the agreement with\nParking Concepts, Incorporated, for an additional one-year term expiring on June 30, 2026 as well as\nupdating the payment terms; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and any written\nnotices on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
