HSIPL-5347(044)] –\nENGINEER’S REPORT NO. 25-09\nStaff recommends City Council approve Agreement Amendment No. 2 with California Professional\nEngineering Inc. which will increase the agreement amount from $1,579,769.20 to $1,596,878.43; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the amendment provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf\nof the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
